The crabs used in our Ganjang Gejang are freshly sourced from Matsushima Bay in Miyagi Prefecture. They are then carefully prepared and luxuriously marinated in our original soy sauce sauce. This course, which is centered around the main dish of Gejang, and includes a variety of hot pot and meat dishes, will satisfy both the body and the mind. Please give it a try.

Course menu

●Assortment of 3 kinds

(Examples) Namul or kimchi, potato salad, chanja tofu

●Wagyu beef and pork chinkan (Okayama Prefecture brand pork) wrapped in lettuce

Wagyu beef: Place perilla leaves on lettuce that has been coated with yuzu pepper and wrap the grilled wagyu beef in it. Enjoy with yuzu ponzu sauce.

Butachinkan → Garlic miso-pasteurized lettuce topped with perilla leaves is wrapped around grilled pork ribs dipped in miso sauce. Serve with white spring onions.

●Ganjang Gejang (with rice)

Comes with flying fish roe, Korean seaweed, and sesame seeds. We recommend eating it with gejang miso as bibimbap!

One bowl of Gejang is for two people.

●Hot pot

Choose from Nakgobse, Jjigae, or Motsunabe

● Final dish of the hot pot

The basic dish is ramen, but we also have fresh noodles available to go with the motsunabe.

You can also substitute dessert for ramen.
