The crab used in our Ganjang Gejang is freshly sourced from Matsushima Bay in Miyagi Prefecture.After careful processing, the fish is luxuriously marinated in our original soy sauce sauce.This course, centered around the main dish of Gejang, is lavishly packed with hotpot and meat dishes, and is sure to satisfy both body and mind.Please enjoy it once.

Wagyu beef and pork (Okayama Prefecture brand pork) wrapped in lettuce
Wagyu beef -- Place shiso leaves on lettuce that has been coated with yuzu pepper and wrap around grilled Wagyu beef.Enjoy with yuzu ponzu sauce
Butachinkan - Garlic miso-coated lettuce topped with shiso leaves and wrapped around grilled pork ribs dipped in miso sauce.Enjoy with white onions

Comes with flying fish roe, Korean seaweed, and sesame seeds.We recommend eating it as bibimbap with gejang miso!
One bowl of Gejang is for two people.

Choose from Nakgopse, Jjigae, or Motsunabe
● Final dish of the hot pot
The basic dish is ramen, but we also have fresh noodles available to go with the motsunabe.
You can also have dessert instead of ramen.
